The project

A technical challenge

Like the Hinxton build, this is a challenging one. The site is very constrained which means our logistics and materials handling need to be top notch.

June 2015 Construction Update

We’ve demolished most of the overlying structure and are busy casting the 3m deep retaining wall sections. We anticipate this process taking 16 weeks.

We are managing well with the constricted nature of the site and are on schedule. Watch this space for new photos as we progress with this challenging but exciting project.

What’s next…

Once we’ve finished the raw construction of the 84m² basement area making up the main living area in the residence we’ll be coordinating with others involved in the construction of the upper parts. Once the upper parts are sealed to the elements we will return and fit out the basement area.
